The Apiarian: Our Ethos
The definition of an Apiarian is "...of or relating to beekeeping or bees". First used in 1790 the term is pronounced" ā-pē-ˈer-ē-ən".
An Artesian, in relation to Bees, is one who instructs in the Art of Beekeeping as a craft. Where intuition, science and knowledge combine into the creation of an alchemist of specialised care.
Our honey is raw, not heat-treated, nor is it ultra-filtered or heavily processed; our aim is to maintain its naturally subtle qualities and intrinsically healthy components and master beautifully coloured, textured honey with exceptional taste.
